- 2 bananas
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 vanilla ice cream scoops
Directions
- In a non-stick frying pan, add the sugar and vanilla extract. Let it melt over -medium-low heat and pour in the heavy cream.
- Mix until a light caramel develops, and add the halved bananas to the mixture.
- Cook for 5 minutes and serve with vanilla ice cream.
